1. Introduction

Welcome to pkko. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkko platform, including the website at pkko.club, the pkko Android app, and all games and services offered through pkko. By registering an account or using any part of the pkko platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

pkko is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, and other gaming products. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkko. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pkko platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a pkko account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from pkko or any other gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using a pkko account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkko.

pkko reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, pkko may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one pkko account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering on pkko, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. pkko is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

• You must use your real name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your location when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your pkko account.

pkko reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration on pkko is free of charge.

4. Deposits

pkko accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your pkko wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• pkko does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pkko wallet.
• pkko only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkko wallet are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for your most recent deposit. pkko does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or bank accounts not linked to your registered profile.

• Minimum withdrawal: 300 BDT per request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours during normal operating hours.
• pkko may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pkko reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that are under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violations.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact pkko support with your withdrawal reference. pkko will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pkko offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Standard wagering is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on a pkko account.
• pkko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. pkko may decline to offer bonuses to players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies — will result in the bonus being voided.

7. Game Rules

Each game available on pkko is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet on any pkko game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

• All game outcomes on pkko are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by pkko staff.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, pkko will void the affected bet and return the stake to your wallet.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection on your end, pkko's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any in-progress bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• pkko reserves the right to void bets placed after a game outcome has been determined, in cases where a technical error allowed late betting.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkko. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with pkko games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pkko platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a pkko account.
• Attempting to launder money or use pkko for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkko staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

pkko reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if pkko reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after investigation, at pkko's discretion.
• You may request to close your own pkko account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
• If you close your account while a withdrawal is pending, the withdrawal will still be processed to your registered payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

pkko is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 7 days.
• Session reminders notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion allows you to lock your pkko account for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkko platform — including but not limited to the pkko logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pkko or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkko content without prior written permission.

The pkko name and logo are trademarks of pkko. Unauthorised use of pkko trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

pkko provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While pkko takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, pkko does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• pkko is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond pkko's reasonable control.
• pkko is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• pkko's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pkko's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

pkko reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the pkko platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, pkko will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date so that you receive these notifications.
